Following the debut of its $10 Kallsup Bluetooth speakers at CES 2026, Ikea is introducing another wireless speaker with a playful design and an affordable price tag. The Grejsimojs Portable Bluetooth speaker probably isn’t going to wow audiophiles, but it’s designed to look like a little purple mouse with a tail that can be used to carry it around.

The Grejsimojs speaker is currently available in countries like the UK and Germany for £12.00 and €14.99, respectively, which is around $16 to $18 in US dollars. It’s not available on the US Ikea site yet, but the speaker is part of a new Grejsimojs collection of kid-friendly devices that includes a dog-shaped dimmable table lamp that is available stateside for $39.99. Other items from the Grejsimojs collection could follow.

The Grejsimojs speaker features a 1.6-inch full-range driver that outputs up to 2W of sound. Battery life is rated at up to 24 hours at half volume, and the speaker is charged using a USB-C port on the underside, but you’ll need to provide your own cable and power adapter. Advanced features like Spotify Tap aren’t included, and while you can wirelessly connect and sync multiple units together to fill a larger space with sound, you can’t split the right and left mixes of stereo audio between two speakers when just one pair is connected.

To make it kid-friendly, the speaker has a volume limit to protect hearing and is made with a plastic body and silicone feet that can be wiped clean if it gets caught up in messy activities. However, it’s limited to an IP44 rating which means that while it can withstand the occasional splash, you’ll want to keep it away from dust, sand, and accidental toilet dunkings.
