Take a look at an in-game cutscene featuring Lilith from Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred, the upcoming second expansion for Blizzard’s popular action-RPG, in the video above. Lord of Hatred is our IGN First “cover story” for April, as we’re dedicating time throughout the month to spotlighting different exclusive pieces of Lord of Hatred coverage.

This newly revealed in-game cutscene will obviously fit within the story when you have the full Lord of Hatred expansion in front of you, but in the meantime you can take a look at it and get a sense of what’s happening (or going to happen) surrounding Lilith’s return.

If you’ve missed any of our Lord of Hatred coverage so far, check out our narrative deep dive above as well as 21 minutes of gameplay from the new Skovos region, the first 12 minutes of gameplay (including the first boss fight), and another in-game cutscene called “The Queen and the Saint.”

Ryan McCaffrey is IGN’s executive editor of previews and host of both IGN’s weekly Xbox show, Podcast Unlocked, as well as our semi-retired interview show, IGN Unfiltered. He’s a North Jersey guy, so it’s “Taylor ham,” not “pork roll.” Debate it with him on Twitter at @DMC_Ryan.
