Gamescom Asia x Thailand Game Show has announced its exhibitor lineup for this year’s event, including Capcom, Bandai Namco, and The Pokémon Company, as well as Nintendo and PlayStation represented by partners.

Sony notably didn’t have a booth at Gamescom last month, unlike Nintendo and Xbox. Additional exhibitors at Gamescom Asia x Thailand Game Show include 4Divinity, Elementa, Gryphline, Kuro Games, Razer, AMD, Lenovo, and others.

This year’s business area will feature booths from 25 countries and regions, with pavilions from Austria, Germany, the Philippines, South Korea, Spain, and Thailand.

The event includes pitch and reverse pitching competitions, and Xsolla is sponsoring the ‘Invest Circle and VIP XPerience,’ providing opportunities for developers, publishers, and investors to meet in person.

The business area will host over 70 speakers from more than 20 countries across four stages.

Id Software co-founder John Romero will deliver a keynote titled “Why We Still Make Games” and will receive this year’s lifetime achievement award.

Other confirmed speakers include Nick Herman and Dennis Lenart from AdHoc Studio, Zhen Fang (Roblox VP and head of international), Jane Lau (Tencent head of production), Emilio Coppola (Godot executive director), and Yoan Fanise (DigixArt creative director and founder).

Gamescom Asia x Thailand Game Show 2026 is jointly organised by Koelnmesse, Show No Limit, and Online Station.

“This year, we are placing an even stronger emphasis on internationality,” said Prakash Ramajillu, General Manager of Asia-Pacific, Koelnmesse.

“[We are] bringing leading global gaming brands to the entertainment area while expanding the business area with more country pavilions, networking opportunities, and greater support for independent developers through the indie area and the Thailand Pavilion by Thailand’s Digital Economy Promotion Agency (depa) and the Thai Game Software Industry Association (TGA).”

Show No Limit CEO Pongsuk Hiranprueck added: “Last year’s success, with over 200,000 attendees, is clear proof that Thailand is not merely a consumer market, but a key driving force of culture and the creative economy at the Asian level.”

This year’s event will be held at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center in Bangkok, Thailand, from October 29 to November 1, 2026.

The business area will be open to games industry professionals and media from October 29 to 30.

Last year, the inaugural Gamescom x Thailand Game Show attracted 206,159 visitors from 95 countries. The business area hosted 5,590 professionals from 81 countries over four days.
