For more than a century, World’s Fairs have given people a first glimpse of what’s next: breakthroughs, ideas, and ways of living that would go on to reshape the everyday. WIRED will reimagine that tradition in Miami on November 4 with the WIRED World Fair.

This one-day event brings the technologies, people, and cultural forces transforming our world off the page and into real life. At the Sacred Space in Miami’s Wynwood district, we’ll host conversations with luminaries from biotechnology, politics, artificial intelligence, and beyond.

The Onion will be there, and a researcher whose life’s work is decoding the language of dolphins. We’ll be screening the Musk documentary, and letting you experience the same training software astronauts use to get ready for the moon and Mars. There will also be robots.

We’ll be announcing even more programming as we get closer to the date. For now, you can see the full list of speakers and events below—including immersive art installations from Marina Abramović and others—and find more information at the WIRED World Fair site.

  • Ben Collins, CEO, The Onion, on satire and who it’s for now
  • Clément Delangue, cofounder and CEO, Hugging Face, on who owns the future of AI
  • Director Alex Gibney screening his highly anticipated Musk documentary, along with a Q&A
  • Denise Herzing, founder and research director, Wild Dolphin Project on how to talk to dolphins
  • Ben Lamm, cofounder and CEO, Colossal Biosciences, on de-extinction and what comes after
  • Trial lawyer Mark Lanier on suing the big tech platforms—and winning
  • Alexis Ohanian, founder, Seven Seven Six, and cofounder, Reddit on where VC goes from here
  • CJ Pearson, political influencer and Republican strategist, and Kat Abughazaleh, researcher, journalist, and former congressional candidate on the role of creators in politics and the midterm results
  • Evan Ratliff, writer and host, Shell Game and Husk, Comedian and Face of AI Satire Online on the hilarity that comes with pushing AI to the limit
  • Emergence by Kinda Studios, an “an evidence-based immersive sensory experience designed to expand liminal states of consciousness, spark creative insight, and deepen senses of presence”
  • Slow Walking, by Marina Abramović, a “first-of-its-kind avatar performance by a lifelike digital twin of a major living performance artist”
  • Refik Anadol’s Large Nature Model, the world’s first open-access generative AI model dedicated to nature
  • NASA XOSS, a hyperrealistic activation that immerses you in the environment, conditions, and mission scenarios of an astronaut crew living on Mars and the moon
  • Unitree Robotics’ G1 humanoid robot will be roaming the grounds
