Overwatch 2 has clarified the upcoming changes to the Circuit Royal Map after a video clip of the new season’s trailer made it seem as though the duck floaty from the pool was removed. Thankfully, the little duck floaty will still remain in Overwatch 2 and continue to delight players.
Despite being an action-packed FPS, Overwatch 2 can lean into its less serious side and often includes a ton of secrets or hidden places within the game for its players to scout out. These tidbits of extra fun are usually found within the various maps of Overwatch 2 and provide some extra lore, a fun new place to explore, or a new toy for gamers to play with. Earlier this year, an Overwatch 2 player discovered a hidden room in Hanaoka, the Hanamura-inspired map added back in Season 10. As with any extra bit of the game, players become extremely attached to these secrets, hence the concern when Circuit Royal’s duck floaty was seemingly missing from its pool.
