In Diablo 4, several Aspects can only be used by one Class, and with the release of Vessel of Hatred, Spiritborn exclusive Aspects (like the Rebounding Aspect) were added to the game. You can collect some Aspects with any class, but by playing a Spiritborn you increase the chance of getting this item from world sources rather than the dungeon it is tied to.

In Diablo 4, Rebounding Feathers Aspect is a Spiritborn-only Aspect that enhances the class’ Quill Volley skill. With this Offensive Aspect active on your character, your Quill Volley casts will burst at their furthest point, then return back to you, hitting enemies twice and possibly afflicting Vulnerable twice. It can be imbued onto 1H and 2H Weapons, Gloves, Amulets, and Rings, but you will want to put it on a Weapon or Amulet for the extra damage buff.
Though this is arguably one of the best Aspects for Spiritborn following the Eagle Spirit Hall and its associated builds, it is outclassed by several Unique effects. While leveling as a Quill Volley Spiritborn build, though, the Rebounding Aspect is one you should unlock early and keep on an Amulet. You don’t have to replace Amulets that much while leveling, and this is undoubtedly one of the most useful combat Aspects for the build until you get Unique items like the Rod of Kepeleke and high-roll Defensive and Resource Gain Aspects.

Legendary and Unique items offer the strongest power spikes players can get for their Diablo 4 builds. Here’s one efficient way to farm for them.
How To Get Rebounding Aspect in Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred
When you first start out as a Spiritborn in Diablo 4, it’s a good idea to head practically straight to the Rebounding Aspect unlock Dungeon. Rebounding Aspect unlocks after completing the Forge of Malice dungeon in Nahantu. This dungeon is conveniently located right at the entrance to Nahantu from Gea Kul, in the central-north of this new zone.
When acquired in this dungeon, it will be added to your Codex and can be added to its listed item types above. But, it will have its lowest possible roll for all rolled stats (the damage bonus on return). To increase the damage bonus from 35% up to 55%, you will need to find it on a Legendary item out in the world and Salvage it.
The Rebounding Aspect can rarely be found on Legendary equipment in Diablo 4, and can roll higher than the default 35% damage modifier. When you Salvage a Legendary item with the Rebounding Aspect, Diablo 4 players will automatically upgrade the Aspect in their Codex to this new higher level.
If you equip this Aspect at its highest roll onto a 2H weapon, your Quill Volley rebounding feathers will actually deal more damage than normal on their return. Though this is definitely a nice boost to damage, the main power of this Aspect comes from inflicting Vulnerable again on the return.
