Even though he might not be the most powerful Dendro unit in Genshin Impact, many players have pulled for Kinich due to his exploration potential. However, his place in the current meta could improve in the future as HoYoverse introduces more Natlan supports that complement his playstyle. It’s worth noting that powerful supports like Kokomi were initially considered underwhelming at release but later became essential as HoYoverse introduced Dendro elemental reactions.

Despite being released over three years ago, Kinich’s banner colleague, Raiden Shogun, is still considered an S-tier character in Genshin Impact.
