NxtQuantum Shift Technologies is set to introduce the AI+ brand of smartphones in India soon. The handsets will be made entirely in the country and will be available through Flipkart. The phones are said to use “homegrown user interface, localised software, and indigenously built hardware.” Now the company has reportedly announced that the phones will be called AI+ Nova 5G series and confirmed it’s launch date and few other details, including price range. The Nova 5G series is said to be entry-level 5G smartphone offerings.

AI+ Nova 5G Series India Launch

The AI+ Nova 5G series of smartphones is set to launch in India on June 25, according to the folks at FoneArena. The lineup is said to include three handsets priced between Rs. 5,000 and Rs. 8,000. The Nova series phones are claimed to offer fast 5G connectivity and advanced AI-backed features.

AI+ Nova 5G series will be available for purchase in the country through leading online retailers and select offline stores, the report added. Meanwhile, a live Flipkart microsite for the series confirms its availability on the e-commerce site. We can expect to learn more about each of the handsets in the series in the days leading up to the launch.

Previously, the company confirmed that the AI+ branded smartphones will be entirely made in India, including software and hardware elements. The company has now reportedly noted that the upcoming Nova series will “use high-quality refurbished components” to reduce electronic waste and promote sustainability. It is claimed to combine enhanced AI features with eco-friendly design. They are said to offer consumers good value on a limited budget.

Notably, NxtQuantum Shift Technologies is a consumer tech venture founded by Madhav Sheth. The company previously said the holistic “designed and made in India” approach is meant to “offer users a seamless, intuitive, and secure mobile experience.” The budget AI+ smartphones are said to focus on digital safety and user privacy as well.
