A crafty Pokemon fan has recently created an incredible Unown dice set, sharing the results with the community. While the Pokemon community is known for the high quality of its fan art, several members are also skilled at handiwork, and it’s not rare to see gamers sharing pictures of woodwork, sculptures, personalized set dice, and more.
Unown is a Psychic-type Pokemon originally introduced in Gen 2. Unlike all other creatures of the franchise, Unown comes in 28 different forms, representing all the letters of the alphabet, plus question and exclamation marks. Originally, these mysterious creatures could only be found inside the Ruins of Alph in Pokemon Gold, Silver, and Crystal. However, Unown was eventually featured in other games as well, giving its fans more chances to capture it in places such as the Solaceon Ruins in Gen 6, or the Mirage Cave in Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.
Now, a talented Pokemon fan specializing in dice creation called Roosterkdice shared an amazing set of purple Unown dice with the community on r/pokemon. In the short video shared by the fan, it’s possible to see the miniatures of seven Unown, representing the letters A, B, F, O, S, U, and a question mark. After that, the video showcases the final result, a full set composed of seven semi-transparent purple dice. In the post’s comments, Roosterkdice, who scored over 1,300 upvotes with their dice, also asked other fans what color they should paint the numbers on them. While people in the community had multiple ideas, most seemed to agree that gold numbers would be the right choice.
Pokemon Fan’s Amazing Unown Dice
This is not the first time that Roosterkdice has shared an amazing dice set with the Pokemon community. A few months ago, for example, they created impressive Gengar dice, which were also semi-transparent, but had several colors, as well as small Gengars inside of them.
Back in January, Roosterkdice also created beautiful dice based on different Eeveelutions. The collection shared by the Pokemon fan at the time included seven dice featuring most Eeveelutions, ranging from six to 20 sides.
While the concept of turning Pokemon into dice is often explored with actual dice, another fan recently had a creative alternative approach to this idea. This fan devised a fan art depicting an Onix made out of dice. The design was incredible, essentially recreating the Gen 1 Pokemon as a long serpent made out of blue dice.
