There’s a lot of chatter today about Marvel’s Spider-Man 3 possibly being in the works at Insomniac, after the face model for Peter Parker posted a picture to social media then swiftly deleted it.
Peter Parker face model Ben Jordan posted an image to Instagram showing the actor in motion capture gear, alongside the message: “IYKYK.” There was even a spider emoji, just to hammer home the point. While the image was deleted, the internet picked up on it.

Developer Insomniac Games recast the face model for Peter Parker in Marvel’s Spider-Man: Remastered for PS5, with Jordan replacing John Bubniak. At the time, Insomniac creative director Bryan Intihar said the decision was about “finding a better facial match for actor Yuri Lowenthal.”
While Insomniac is readying Marvel’s Wolverine for release later this year, talk of another Spider-Man game should come as little surprise. The question is, is Jordan’s tease about Marvel’s Spider-Man 3, or a spinoff?
