Nintendo has confirmed the UK preorder bonuses for Yoshi and the Mysterious Book, exclusive to the My Nintendo Store UK.

Those preordering the game for Nintendo Switch 2 will now come with a bonus magnetic bookmark and tote bag.

Nintendo has also confirmed that anyone with an existing preorder will also get the bonus items automatically added for free.

Yoshi and the Mysterious Book is exclusive to the Nintendo Switch 2, and will be released on May 21, 2026. It costs £58.99 for a physical version, or £49.99 for a digital copy.

Both can be purchased via the Nintendo Store to get the exclusive preorder bonus.

IGN’s Leanne Butkovic recently previewed the game, stating: “Yoshi and the Mysterious Book is not the next ultra-ambitious first-party Nintendo game meant to capture any and all demographics, from grade-schoolers to grandmas in the way, say, Donkey Kong Bananza is.”

“It is the most E-rated of Nintendo’s most recent slate of E-rated games. Putting it charitably, it is a game for families with young kids. But who says the littlest gamers among us don’t deserve something cute and low-stakes to have a fun time with?”

Honestly not surprising that Nintendo is also bundling the game with Yoshi plushes that are seemingly aimed at younger kids as well.

Some other notable preorders that went live recently at My Nintendo Store UK include Splatoon Raiders, the new single player focused Splatoon game that’s already looking popular.

That’s up for £41.99 digitally, and £49.99 for a physical copy, alongside the three new amiibo that can be picked up as a triple pack for £49.99 as well.
