Two Point Studios appoints Jo Koehler as COO
Farnham-based Two Point Studios has promoted Jo Koehler to COO. Koehler previously served as executive producer at the studio.
She will “play a key role in the developer’s future strategy, roadmap, and driving audience growth for its games.”
Jam City co-founder Joshua Yguado steps down as CEO
Joshua Yguado is stepping down as CEO of mobile games company Jam City, which he worked at for 16 years. Yguado will remain on Jam City’s board through the transition.
Kabam CEO Chul-min Sim will replace Yguado while retaining his existing role at Kabam.
Alset Studio expands leadership team
European game development and services company Alset Studio has expanded its leadership team, with former Testronic COO Marius Potirniche appointed CEO.
At its Belgrade studio, former Testronic Serbia managing director Andrei Cătălin Duminică has been appointed managing director, while Aleksandar Tica has joined as head of operations.
Crina Oniscu has joined Alset’s Bucharest team as managing director, having previously served as people operations director at Testronic Romania.
Petre Tănăsoiu has been appointed QA director, having previously worked at Testronic Romania as QA assurance project manager. Tănăsoiu is also QA associate manager at Gameloft Bucharest.
Ed Nightingale | Senior accounts manager, Premier PR
Ed Nightingale has been promoted to senior accounts manager at Premier PR. Nightingale joined the firm as account manager earlier this year. He was previously deputy news editor at Eurogamer.
Daniela Pietrosanu | EU PR, Electronic Arts
Daniela Pietrosanu has joined Electronic Arts’s EU PR division. Pietrosanu was previously a PR consultant at Decibel PR and senior communications manager at Marvelous Europe.
Sophie Densham | Communications manager EMEA, Netflix
Sophie Densham has been appointed EMEA communications manager at Netflix. Densham was previously account director for Microsoft/Xbox UK and EMEA at PR firm Edelman.
